Breaking Through: The Glass Ceiling Project took over a year to complete, included 6 collaborators, and resulted in at least 13 finished artworks. There were extensive interviews, artworks made specifically to be broken, a cathartic glass breaking party, and new work made from the old. Transformation was everywhere, and new ways of thinking about the glass ceiling emerged.
